Friendship Home’s annual Walk with Friends at Wompatuck State Park in Hingham is a fun-filled community event that raises awareness about our programs and services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Our goal this year is to raise $10,000 for our social recreational programs and we know we can meet this challenge. Whether you wish to walk, form a team or make a donation, your efforts will help provide needed services for our members. Join us for a great time and a great cause!
The O’Hara family of Norwell are chairing this year’s Walk. Grace participates in our Bridges to Work, social recreational and overnight respite programs. She is employed by Royal Norwell Nursing Rehabilitation Center in Norwell. Grace, along with her parents Michelle and Jim, and sisters Kate and Meaghan, welcome new walkers to join the fun!
